এক প্রকার নাটকীয়তার পর ডেলিভারি ম্যান আমায় পন্যটি ২০ দিন পর দিয়ে যায়। তাও আবার ডেলিভারি দেয়ার ৫ ঘন্টা আগে যখন দারাজের ডেলিভারি টিম কল দিয়ে বলে যে তারা পন্যটি দিতে পারবেনা cause বক্স ডেমেজ হয়ে গিয়েছে। আমি দারাজের ডেলিভারি টিমের কাছে জানতে চাই, কথা থেকে এই বক্সটি ডেমেজ মনে হয়েছে তাদের। ডেলিভারি টিমে কাজ করে দেখে এই না যে কাস্টমারদের কিছু একটা বুঝিয়ে তাদের অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করে নিজের কাজ অফিসকে দেখানো। এইসব ধরনের ডেলিভারি টিম আর ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কারনে শুধু শুধু দারাজ বদনাম হয়।

💯 DARAZ মার্টের প্যাকেজিং সবচেয়ে ভালো হয়। তবে এটার প্যাকেজিং ভালো ছিলো না। হাত দুকিয়ে দুধ নিয়ে যাওয়া যাবে। কসটিপ আঠা নেই বললেই চলে। ছবিতে বোঝা না গেলেও বাস্তবে বোঝা যায়। পঁচা কাটুন দেয়া হয়েছে। দুটি কাটুন দেয়া উচিত ছিল কারণ ৩ কেজি ভার এই কাটুন নিতে পারে না। নিচ দিয়ে পড়ে যাবে ভাব। যাই হোক। 😔😔কিনলাম ৬৮৬ টাকা দিয়ে প্যাকেটে লেখা ৭২০টাকা। এত কম দামে দারাজাই সম্ভব।😊EXPIRE DATE যথেষ্ট ছিল। গুড়ো দুধটা ভালো। Thanks.😌

🥰আসসালামু আলাইকুম ভাইয়া আশা করি সবাই অনেক ভালো আছেন।আমি অনেক টাই খুশী যে প্রোডাক্ট টা হাতে পেয়ে। প্রোডাক্ট টা আসলে অনেক ভালো।পরিমাণ একটু কম হলে ও দাম টা একটু বেশি। আমার মনে হয়, দাম টা একটু কম হলে ভালো হইতো। বাট এখানে খুব এতো বেশি কষ্ট পেলাম যে, ডেলিভারি বয় য়ের কথা শুনে। আমরা হলাম কাস্টমার, আমাদের সাথে কিভাবে কথা বলতে হয়, সেই মানুষ টা হয়তো জানে না।আমরা তো টাকা দিয়ে জিনিস কিনি,এমনিতে তো আর দেয় না।তার মধ্যে যদি তাদের ভাষা গত সমস্যা থাকে। তাহলে আমরা তো এইখান থেকে জিনিস কিনার তো কোনো মানে হয় না।

অবশেষে পাওয়া গেল,,, তবে ডেলিভারি বয় টার behave একটু খারাপ ছিল… আমি আমার স্থানীয় লোকেশন দেওয়া সত্ত্বেও সে বলতেছিল এটা নাকি তাদের আয়ত্তের বাইরে। আমি daraz কে request করবো যেন সবার area bazar পর্যন্ত products distribute করাটা বাধ্যতামূলক করে। তবে এরকম ব্যবহার আমি আশা করি না even কেউ করবেও না…. যাইহোক এক লাইনে বলতে গেলে এই প্রোডাক্টটা অনেক ভালো ছিল…💥❤️✅ 100%✅
