Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Everything is accurate as described in the picture is cute and practical. But I thought it would work a little better than it works, since you can only put one or 2 shirts and depending on what size they are hahaha I use it only to wash underwear because it is the only thing that works for me .. The basket that is supposed to help to squeeze the clothes does not work when turning is unplaced and is rotating along with the clothes♀️ Another thing that I do not like is that it does not drain all the water there is always something left and I think that in the long run will bring problems of mojo bacteriaEtc I wash it well after using it and take it out in the sun so that the residue of the water that is stagnant evaporates .. In conclusion I would not buy it again

Of easy use. For washing is good. Centrifugation should have a way of bolting the basket, if you put the wrong laundry into the loose basket and you keep hitting the sides of the bucket. Very weak spin, you need to twist clothes later. It’s just for lightweight fabric pieces. But it was worth it.

The item came in perfect conditions. It was a very quick delivery too. Pros: it works really well, the first time I used it, I washed 2 T-shirts and 2 pairs of socks using the 10min cycle. the clothes came out very clean. It rotates fast and leaves the clothes very clean. It does not splash water but it were to happen you can use the lid. Only two negative comments: is hard to choose different programs, you have to press several times to get it to change. When emptying the water it is hard to pour all the water from it because the shape of the borders trap the water. To avoid this I use a cloth to dry the remaining water left inside the washing machine. Overall I really like this product and would recommend buying it.
