How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

It arrived in a perfect condition in a week but I am not able to connect with the oneplus mobile and neither with the Samsung tablet or with the cable that comes from the factory or with the HDMI cable. If anyone knows how to fix the problem I would appreciate it

Great display. Fully met expectations. Picture quality is beautiful. On 2 K, of course, I can’t check yet, only FullHD. connected to an old DNS as a second monitor. On trips, I think it will be very comfortable to take him with you. Since my laptop is old, the monitor on its cover sits very low. Put it on a stand. Height is ideal for comfortable work. But the delivery of cainao by courier is hell. In 5 days the parcel arrived in the regional center and then 9 days of silence. No calls, no Courier. Called the hotline, they said that there was already a failed delivery attempt, wait for them to be contacted again. In fact-there was nothing like this, no calls, no Courier. I Googled and was horrified that such a problem is common for this company, they are fed breakfast, supposedly they create applications at your request, but in fact they are not. Today the courier called and said that in 4 minutes he will be at my house, but if I am not, then wait for the next arrival in your city. Some kind of tinplate. There were no such problems with any courier service. In general, read about them in Google before ordering in this way. It would be better to order by mail, in general. I have no complaints about the store, the monitor is cool.

Delivery was delayed for 2 days. But it came quickly anyway. The monitor is good, convenient-2 K image. The speakers on it are terrible, but I did not plan to use them. As for 120 hertz, it is displayed correctly in the settings. Brightness is higher than the brightness of the laptop, a little bluish display, which can be corrected in the settings. The overall result is a good monitor. Included 2 type C-type C-C and 1 miniHDMI – HDMI cables, 20 watt type C power supply.

For now I just connected by connecting via USB-C without too much testing, later I do a complete review. But the screen has a very good quality, the delivery was very fast, I bought Monday, it arrived Wednesday. I only scared with a few stains on the screen when I opened, but it was just dirt, passing a cloth everything came out. Comes with all accessories you need, 2 USB-C cables, a source and a mini-HDMI cable

It’s good beyond thinking. Take an opening photo and packaging. Also connect with the omen 15 C to C 100W cable, after some settings, try to take a picture in use. For the speaker, even if it is 100%, it does not look very good. Support HDR mode and FreeSync mode. You can change to Korean in OSD settings.

Everything OK, 120 Hertz honest, checked with slow motion video. The brightness is adjustable like on the notes, but for this you have to go to the master box-two clicks on the joystick. There are three cables in length, all working. Case on the magnet.

This is such an amazing product! I got 120hz @ 2K using the USB-C on my Thinkpad E490 using Ubuntu Linux. Shipment from the Brazil warehouse to Rio de Janeiro was super fast too.

This is the second monitor I’ve bought for my ps5. This one is better quality than the other one. Better colors. Better size. More portability. Really enjoying it so far. Best part is, it does not need separate power source. I can plug it in to the ps5 and power it from there. Overall very happy. Thinking about purchasing another one.

Amazing product ! Really nice quality , also the weight is incredible, literally is nothing ! The resolution is really nice ! Even it has 2 speakers , not the best sound but anyway is really nice in case of an emergency,however you can used headphones as well . Packing was really good . Seller took 1 week to ship, and it took another 1 week to arrive. Had no tracking information, which I didn’t like. About the product: The quality of the screen is amazing. Her brightness is very good, but when you try to put the brightness to the maximum the screen goes off and restarts, and I saw that other people have encountered this very question, but nothing that gets in the way. The source is Type C, 20W, and came with 2 Type C to type C cables, and 1 HDMI to mini HDMI. You can plug the power into the PC, no need to go into the outlet, which is great. Do not know yet how to make the screen work in 120Hz, but overall, I am very pleased.

Very good portable monitor, have 2K 120Hz real with Windows and Linux, very beautiful colors, worked well as secondary screen for MacBook Pro M1 Pro direct on C port and with MacBook Pro 2012 with micro HDMI to HDMI adapter + C cable (for power), but only 60Hz, but totally satisfying. In the Xbox it worked 2K 120Hz; in the steam deck it worked on the desktop mode 120Hz 2K, but in game mode, I have no game that is 2k 120Hz OBS: the interface of it is micro HDMI and 2 USB C PD Ports
