Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Order placed the 25 December received the 7 January 2023, Free was estimated for the 10 January so in time, I thank the store. It is obvious that the arrival of this ball bath towel leaves much to be desired and that it is difficult to see the quality in a photo. But this beach towel has excellent value for money. However indeed I find it very fine and for perspiration I do not know. I do not know if after a machine wash it will not lose color and/or texture, so I will hasten to wash it and I will leave a new opinion as soon as possible. Otherwise the colors are identical to the photo and the size of the towel too. I had no contact with the seller.

Order placed on January 17 received on February 7, we advance on the estimated date of delivery which was March 18 therefore delivery in 3 weeks. This is the 2nd time I order for these beach towels. This time I ordered 2 and I am still as satisfied because the patterns are superb and to go to the beach on the sand that is enough. It is always true that the arrival of these towels can surprise. However these towels have a very good value for money as I recommend to 100%. I had no contact with the store and for washing the first towel I can tell you that there was no narrowing and that the pattern held. And indeed there are small centimeters of difference from one towel to another but this remains negligeable. These towels are very thin and for perspiration I do not know it remains to be tested this summer
