What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The monitor and cameras are really good, Easy to setup Clear and good quality picture, Nice and clear at night as well Possible to attach 4 cameras to the same monitor with ease shifting between each unit. Can be used to monitor babies and children as well. The sound quality is not so good but it is not a deal breaker. Hearing the voice from the camera is clear but 2-way speaker is not so understandable and there is a delay. So I would rate it 7/10 but as a whole and for the purpose of monitor babies and children it is great.

very nice camera and unit of the monitor. the lcd is big and resolution is good. would love to see a zooming feature but i dont think it has. the clip of the camera is not wide enough to hang it on my daughter’s bed, though i bought a stand a few month back so its good. the unit is working about 4 hours with screen on, would love for it to be longer (out last monitor worked almost all night on the battery). overall for now i am pleased and i will review it once again after a lot more use of it
