Methods of use :
For Eyelashes:
1. Use cleaner 4 to remove the residue from oil, dust and makeup.
2. Apply the eyelids under the eyelids to protect your skin from the lotions.
3. Place glue on the eye pads, then place it on the top of the eye cap and make sure it stays.
4. Apply the glue on the eyelashes to keep them attached to the lifting pads for 1 minute.
5. Use the perm lotion 1 on the eyelashes and then cover your eyes with plastic wrap. (perming time: 10-12 minutes)
6. Remove the perm 1 lotion with y brush, then apply the fixing agent 2 on the eyelash and then cover your eyes with plastic wrap. (Clamping time: 10-12 minutes)
7. Use cleaner 4 to clean all debris with the brush y, clean with the comb side.
8. Remove the lifting pads from the top of the eyelid and then use the nutritional lotion 3 to nourish your eyelashes.

For Eyebrows:
1. Use cleaner 4 to remove residue from oil, dust and makeup.
2. Apply 5 glue on the eyebrows.
3. Brush eyebrows by brush y, then cover the adherent film on the eyebrows for 10 minutes.
4. Apply perm 1 lotion on the eyebrows, covering the cling film on the eyebrows for 10 minutes.
5. Appy fixing lotion 2 on eyebrows, covering the cling film on eyebrows for 10 minutes.
6. Use cleaner 4 to clean all perm residue. Finally, apply nutrition lotion 3 to nourish your eyebrow.

Methods of eyebrow tint:
1. Apply a thin layer of skin cream to protect your skin around the eyebrows
2. Mix the colouring cream with the activating lotion (1:1 mixing ratio)
12 drops of activating lotion on a glass dish (mixing ratio 1:1)
3. Mix well until the consistency is homogeneous and smooth
4. Use immediately after preparation (do not store).
5. Apply the mixture on the eyebrows with the spatula.
6. Rinse with water after 25-30 minutes.

ATTENTION:
People with sensitive and allergic physique please do an allergy test before using the product.
The skin allergy test should be performed 48 hours before each use of the product and should be used according to the instructions.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
