Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:

The shipment was very poorly assured, it did not come with anything other than the box which arrived all crushed and in terrible condition. Luckily nothing happened to the machine, which performs its function quite well and leaves the eyelashes very cute. Arrived pretty quickly.

Unfortunately the box was crushed but happily the product arrived in optimal conditions… I tried it and it meets expectations… My eyelashes are difficult to curl… But I still curl them up, I recommend, fast shipping

The box was practically destroyed with a strange aroma, as if it were the strongest disinfectant. Everything is written in Japanese I think, with some translations in English. In general, it works well and you have to be careful when using a lot of heat so as not to damage the skin of the eyelid.

Great! Was a bit scared about burning when using for first few times. I usually use on the hotter 2nd blue option cos I’m hispanic/Japanese and have straight decently thick lashes so I’ve been wanting one of these for ages cos I hate my straight/flat lashes but didn’t wanna spend an arm and a leg on an electric curler. I’d seen this kind on Amazon for like $10/$15-$20 which is crazy seeing how cheap it really is when buying thru the 3 for $1 sale. Anyways it COMES CHARGED AND READY TO USE but doesn’t last too long so you do need to charge it shortly after but doesn’t take long to charge. I’m very impressed by the quality! Yes, it doesn’t open very wide but I haven’t had any issues with that at all. As far as it burning me it’s safe tho it did scare me and was a bit hot once, but left it on for awhile. It says it takes about 30secs to pre-heat. It works great and my lashes actually stay curled for a dayish so I use it 1-2x a day! For the price GET IT! So worth it! Super FAST shipping!
