Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Fast shipping, the only problem was the post office that stayed from March 20 until April 3 from Curitiba to Fortress, the size is very similar to the Logitech G203 however it is a little higher in the middle, main and side buttons are OK, along with the scroll which is well defined, Very light even a good pile, and the Razer software opened on the spot, I recommend mainly for the fact that in Brazil it would be triple what I paid for.

Product arrived quickly in Brazil (5 days in total), however, as it was always stopped in Curitiba for about 20 to 25 days, I was taxed in 110 janjas… the mouse is very good, original! I registered with the Razer system and everything worked out. My impressions are positive and I have nothing to complain about. For people who own a large hand may find the size of the start mouse, but it is just used to it. A save for the “group for poor people with bad computers 5.0”❤️

The mouse original. Either finger or little batteries can be inserted. Very lightweight, compact. The wheel is clear. Software from the Razer becomes and you can write macros, reassign buttons. Macros and settings are not written in mouse memory! You need the software to be always launched. When connected by Bluetooth to a laptop, when inactive, it falls asleep and connects for a long time-up to 30 seconds. There are no such problems on the radio signal.

In Argentina it arrives with Mailamericas, the slowest in the world, but it arrived. The product is original as described, it works perfectly and I am only going to use it when I am with the notebook (very little), the Bt/2.4ghz switch is the best of these models since they make it very versatile. It has the possibility of using AA or AAA batteries, a genius for them.

The mouse arrived in 10 days, in perfect condition, according to the description of the ad. The product really is original, the serial number has been validated on the Razer’s website and registered on synapse normally. The mouse is excellent, I recommend the purchase.

I thought I was not going to adapt to the mouse but it served very well, I had a Delux M800 from 2 years ago and it was very easy to adapt to this one, I felt the difference in responsiveness at the time, but so it only feels at high frequencies 144Hz 165Hz in 75Hz or 60Hz is almost all the same. It is not heavy with stack and the clicks are very tasty, using it has 1 week and so far nothing sign that is unloading, it could show in the software the percentage of the stack.

Took 8 days to arrive. As soon as I connected it, the Razer Synapse was lowered, indicating that it is original (or so I think). As for the quality of materials and weight is just what I wanted, it is light even with the AA pile. Is perfect. The battery was not included for obvious things. I tried it with Overwatch and fell more in love with the mouse. For the price and quality I give you a 10/10

It’s very good, perfect quality, I like it, but it’s a bit small for large hands( I’m not sure if it’s 100% new it was a little bit dirt on the pad ) but works perfectly
