Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Product arrived two days late, even with fast shipping. The product arrived in good condition, well packed, the box in which it was arrived a little bit shredded but did not affect anything in the product. Came with a charger cable that serves as a connection, if you are going to use it on the PC however, it seems to be of a very fragile material. The control is very good, it is very light, keys are not as soft as that of an original control but, it is nice. For the purchase amount, I think it made up for a lot!

For their price, the quality is good, and good alternatives as controllers for the PS4 consoles. They work exactly as the originals, but are lighter. Buttons, triggers and sticks also feel exactly like the originals. For the record, I only tested this controller with a PS4 console for many days, and also using an original controller for comparison. It also included a little cable to connect the controller to the PS4 (although mine looked “chewed” in the middle…) PROS: Good grip; Same shape as the original, so it’s compatible with any silicone cover; Excellent wireless reach, definitely 10 meters. CONS: Plastic seems weaker; The rumble feels weird or raw, stronger maybe, but it could be because the plastic is not as thick as the original; The resistors for the sticks are definitely not 10KΩ, most likely only 9KΩ, you need to be more careful with your movements; Battery is smaller, only 800mAh instead of 1000mAh like the original. 4.4★

The best aftermarket PS4 controller I’ve had. By using you can’t tell that this is not a genuine DualShock 4. Battery capacity is smaller, the LED light isn’t as bright, the speaker isn’t as loud, but apart from those, the controls feel the same. I haven’t tested the vibrate function. I’m very satisfied with this controller. Much cheaper than the original but the experience is nearly the same. There might be a little more dead zone in the joysticks but it isn’t noticeable. Very good price/performance ratio. 6*
